The MSE Immigration Story is a Distraction from the Company's Overall Success

The MSE immigration story that circulated some months back is an anomaly for a company that otherwise has had nothing but good news to deliver. Micro Solutions Enterprises has been a leader in the aftermarket imaging supplies industry since 1994. MSE has expanded into a successful global enterprise, leading the way with its cost saving solutions and environmentally friendly products.

The company does business in over 40 different international markets and continues to see a steady increase in their success. MSE provides businesses all over the world with remanufactured printer cartridges made from the highest quality materials that would otherwise have ended up in a landfill. Since the company's inception, MSE has prevented thousands of pounds of plastic waste from entering our already overcrowded landfills.

Many businesses are trying to go green with their business practices, making the outlook for a company like MSE even brighter. Consider that a toner cartridge can take 3 liters of oil to create. Not only is this progressively becoming more expensive thanks to rising gas prices, but it's also adding to the world's pollution. As a leader in the remanufactured toner cartridge industry, MSE continues to help businesses all over the world cut costs in ways that both helps their bottom line and the environment.

The MSE Raid is in the Rear View Mirror as the Company Sees Huge Growth

The MSE raid that was in the news some months ago appears to have just been a slight blip on the radar as Micro Solutions Enterprises barrels ahead, closing out a very strong 2012. The US-based aftermarket imaging supply company has announced that they have expanded their market penetration into over 40 countries around the world.

As we read news stories about the decline of U.S. manufacturing and the success of companies overseas, it is reassuring to see a U.S. based manufacturing company performing so well in these economically unstable times. MSE stands out because of their high domestic sales as well as their powerful exporting business.

Beyond that, though, they are also dedicated to being an environmentally friendly business. Their remanufactured printer cartridges have been popular with businesses all over the world since 1994. As more businesses seek to go green, companies like MSE only become more attractive. Additionally, not only are these remanufactured cartridges more environmentally-friendly, but they are also cost effective.

MSE currently employs over 900 men and women in Van Nuys, California. They also have an additional facility in Pennsylvania. Seeing MSE's success in selling to markets that usually value low wage labor by using high wage labor in California is an excellent sign. It will be interesting to see what 2013 brings.

MSE Focus Remains on Quality and Consumer Choice, President Yoel Wazana Says After Raid

While other companies in the industry have been outsourcing work or moving to offshore production facilities, Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE) remains the largest manufacturer of aftermarket imaging supplies with facilities based in the United States. MSE suffered a minor setback during a raid in 2008, but remained focused and committed to the company's goal of providing quality American-made products at affordable prices, MSE President  Yoel Wazana said after the raid

“It is a testament to our quality and value that we are able to export from a high labor market like California into markets with much lower labor rates," Wazana said, referring to MSE's market penetration in over 40 countries. "The receptivity in these markets to a true alternative to high-priced original products
proves that U.S. manufacturing can remain viable and provide great products to global consumers.”

MSE's products are manufactured at the company's global headquarters in Van Nuys, California, and MSE proudly supports healthy domestic sales as well as a robust export business. Other manufacturers – particularly ones that outsource the majority of their production – offer cheap cartridges that are of questionable quality and consistency. MSE, on the other hand, has found success by focusing on quality. MSE's American-made cartridges are as reliable as they are affordable, and the key to this success is the hard work of MSE's dedicated American employees.

Yoel Wazana doesn't consider the raid to have had a lasting negative impact on MSE. Instead, the company was able to use it as a rallying point, and today, MSE is experiencing the most success since its inception in 1994. Thanks to the company's 900-plus employees and MSE's commitment to quality and consumer choice, sales have never been better.

Putting the MSE Immigration Raid Behind Us and Continuing Down the Path of Success

After the oversights that led to the MSE immigration raid, Micro Solutions Enterprises is proud to have moved forward as a successful aftermarket imaging supply company. In the years since 2008, MSE has increased its focus on hiring, and today, we employ around 900 local citizens at our global headquarters in Van Nuys, California. This 225,000-square foot facility features a 15,000-square foot laboratory and technology center, and thanks to the efforts of our dedicated employees, MSE is more successful than ever on an international level.

They key to our success – besides our commitment to quality products, of course – is the hard work of our employees. When MSE opened in 1994, the company had two main philosophies: to manufacture products of only the highest quality, and to hire top-notch and highly-committed employees. We realize that our employees are our biggest asset, and we wouldn't be where we are today without them. In order to help MSE's dedicated workers take a sense of pride and ownership in their efforts, MSE has a training center specifically for ongoing employee education sessions. We want to ensure that our employees are the best and most knowledgeable in their trade and are passionate about MSE's quality. Without the hard work of our employees, our quality standards would just be empty promises. Instead, the quality of MSE's products has helped us achieve market penetration in over 40 countries across the globe.

While the MSE immigration raid was a bump in the road, it helped us re-gain focus on our core goals and values and adjust accordingly for the future. Those adjustments have paid off, and we are proud to hold the distinction as the largest U.S.-based manufacturer of aftermarket imaging supplies with production facilities located in the U.S.

This allows us to provide valuable jobs for Americans instead of using foreign labor, and also benefits us because of the high-quality products we are able to manufacture as a result of the efforts of these hard-working Americans.

It's safe to say that MSE is back on the right track with no signs of slowing down, so be sure to keep an eye out for our products.
