Micro Solutions Enterprise: A Unique Remanufacturer

Yoel Wazana is the president and founder of Micro Solutions Enterprise, which is currently headquartered in Southern California. In addition to this office, Micro Solutions Enterprise is also located in Exton, PA. He founded Micro Solutions Enterprise in 1994 with the vision of providing the world a high-quality remanufacturing business.

However, it wasn’t until 1997 that Micro Solutions Enterprise began a goal to reach 5,000 units a month as the direct-to-end user model continued.

Micro Solutions Enterprise is an OEM manufacturer, which stands for original equipment remanufacturing. This is when a company remanufactures products or components that are initially from another business.

Micro Solutions Enterprise has established a few beliefs that are held to this day. When the company first started, Yoel Wazana suggested that as a manufacturer, the company should honor the supply chain and sell through a reseller channel as opposed to selling directly to the end-user. A small network of resellers was developed for Micro Solutions Enterprise and at the end of 1998, all end-user businesses transformed into the reseller network.

Because of their outstanding quality in toners and their innovative approach to OEM, Micro Solutions Enterprise has been elected for various awards. One award is the Ernst & Young entrepreneur award, which is issued to candidates possessing superior skills in this field as well as demonstrating extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment. Yoel Wazana has proven that he deserves recognition for his entrepreneurial endeavors; after all, founding Micro Solutions Enterprise was his idea, based off of an experience he had at a previous job.

Currently, Micro Solutions Enterprise has twenty patented and 18 patent-pending technologies. Micro Solutions Enterprise is unique because it creates a product that saves the consumer anywhere between 20 to 30 percent on overall printing costs.
