4 Online Marketing Ideas that Your Small Business Should Utilize

As a business owner, you're always on the lookout for the latest and best ways to help your company grow. From up-and-coming marketing strategies to new products and business partners, there are many ways to make your enterprise thrive. If you're looking for promising ways to help your business succeed, Micro Solutions Enterprises offers marketing ideas for you to utilize.

Offer product or service seminars
To help your customers get more familiar with your products or services, introduce them to new ones, or offer them fresh and different ways to use them, you could offer online seminars. You can do this by collecting the e-mail addresses of those who would be interested and sending them an invitation online. This is also a great way to show your customers that you care about them and gain a lot of feedback from them at the same time.

Do a sweepstake or contest
Who doesn't love a contest? Better yet, who doesn't love a free prize? You can hold a sweepstake or contest online and provide the winner with a free product or service. You can use banner ads and social media to announce the event. This is a very promising way to drive traffic to your website and welcome potential clients.

Get involved in social media
Speaking of social media, has your business started utilizing it? Social media is a fast, easy, and fun way to interact with your audience and meet new customers. While you can talk up a storm about your products or services and announce the latest happenings within your company or the industry, don't make it just about you. Social media is about interaction. You can engage people by asking questions and stirring up conversation. Popular platforms you should strongly consider using include Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google + and LinkedIn.

Get mobile with your website
Mobile marketing has become increasingly popular. Unlike laptops and computers, people can really take their phones everywhere, creating an imperative for companies that want to stay current. Mobile-friendly versions of sites are springing up everywhere and, with them, marketing targeted to the format. Offering a mobile version of your site is a fast and effective way to keep existing customers and attract new ones. Make sure that your website is user friendly, loads quickly, and is readable on all mobile platforms.

Online marketing is a promising route for your company to take and these are just four of the many ideas that you can use.

4 Ways to Expand Your Small Business

When you started your small business, you probably did a ton of research and invested a lot of time -- after all, you wanted it to succeed. Now, a few years later, your business has been progressing steadily and you're ready to expand it. While you're eager to take the next step, you may not be sure how to do it or where to start.

If you're ready to take your small business to the next level, but want to make sure that it remains successful, here are four important steps:

Open another location
When people talk about expanding a business, this is what most of them envision. By opening a new branch, you can introduce your products, services, and business to a new client base. Don't be quick to choose just any location. Important factors in the decision-making process include cost, convenience, and visibility, among others. When you look into a new location, you should choose it based on what's best for your business.

Expand your marketing strategy
If your current marketing strategy is helping your business, then it's time to expand it. This gives your business an opportunity to build upon your local footprint. From billboards to television commercials, radio, and online marketing, you have a variety of options available. To help you choose which is best, take a look at your target audience and determine which method will be the most likely to reach them.

Develop new products
There's no better way to help your business expand than by creating new products. If your customers already recognize your company by its current products, adding some can drum up interest from new customers and gain revenue from old ones who are buying on brand faith.

Partner with successful businesses
Another way to expand is by partnering with another successful business that already has a list of prospective clients. This will help you introduce your product to new customers. You can also work together by promoting the other's products.

While starting a business can be a detailed and challenging process, president and co-founder of Micro Solutions Enterprises, Yoel Wazana understands that the harder part is keeping your business stable and growing.

MSE: A Company who Strives to Improve the Environment

Micro Solutions Enterprises has been in business since 1994. Founded by Yoel Wazana, Micro Solutions Enterprises has been the industry leader in the aftermarket toner world, providing exceptional quality.
Known for its quality, technology, and innovation, Micro Solutions Enterprises is a groundbreaking company which specializes in the remanufacturing of toners. These toners could realistically clog up our landfills and deduct crucial space from us on our planet, which is why recycling them—as well as making a business out of recycling toners—makes Micro Solutions Enterprises a  highly valuable and prosperous company.

Yoel Wazana, the president and founder of Micro Solutions Enterprises, is a true hardworking entrepreneur. He worked as a one-man operation for a certain point of his life, working in his apartment as he tried to bring his idea of Micro Solutions Enterprises into fruition. He worked extraordinarily hard to develop his very own aftermarket toner business, but it could be a very difficult operation at times. During this period of his life, Yoel Wazana dealt with plenty of toner issues—but if it hadn’t been for this, he wouldn’t have been capable of perfecting the product for the remanufacturing industry.

Another important person to help create Micro Solutions Enterprises was Yoel Wazana’s brother, Avi. Avi Wazana, who was working as the vice president of a high-end jewelry distributor, provided Yoel Wazana with a small loan to jumpstart his entrepreneurial efforts. That loan went a long way, and soon enough, Avi would be working with Yoel at Micro Solutions Enterprises.

Recycling toners has made the company what it is today, which was the unique idea developed by Yoel Wazana himself. This company is not only beneficial to its consumers, but to the entire planet as well. Without these recycling efforts, the planet could experience an abundance of waste and a decline in the condition of the environment.

Yoel Wazana Provides Insight on Why Your Business is Failing & How to fix it

Small business owners face a lot of competition from the big guys, there's no doubt. While it may seem tough to succeed against much larger companies when you have a smaller budget and there are tools that you can't afford, many small businesses have managed to build large followings. Even if you aren't looking to expand your operations or franchise, you still want to run a successful business.

However, if your business has been running for a few years, but you feel like it's at a standstill, what can you do? You may be breaking even or just barely making a profit. Where are all of the customers and will your company survive?

MSE's president and co-founder Yoel Wazana provides several reasons that your small business may be failing and how you can prevent it:

Poor leadership

When starting your business, you probably had a reasonable grasp of the challenges you would face, but were you prepared to overcome them? When you do face issues, how do you approach them? A big part of leadership is identifying the challenges your company will encounter and devising a realistic way to handle them. Don't back down when problems arise -- find a solution.

You didn't hire the right people

You can't build a company without having the right people. You should hire those who are experienced and skilled, and have something to bring to your company. Also, while an employee may have been cut out for a role early in the process, the company needs may shift as the business grows and reorganization may be necessary. You need to be able to manage these issues.

You don't have the right attitude
When it comes to business, your customers are your backbone. You need to have the right set of skills to see to their needs, as well as create relationships with new customers. There will always be someone who is unhappy, which is why it is important to examine your customer service and problem resolution.

Your products are stale
For your business to succeed, you need people to purchase your products. For people to make a purchase, you need to sell something that people want. That doesn't mean that your products are bad, but keeping up with trends is the name of the game in today's fast-paced society.
