Recycling: MSE’s Main Obligation

Yoel Wazana is a successful entrepreneur who founded Micro Solutions Enterprises in 1994, which is an ISO 9001/ISO1400 certified employer. Ever since then, improvements have been made and the company has received recognition for its many achievements.

MSE is the industry leader in aftermarket imaging supplies. In 2009, Micro Solutions Enterprises was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the greater Los Angeles area.
In order to qualify for this award, finalists must possess extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment.

Personal commitment has never been an issue for Yoel Wazana. Last year, Wazana used his business to raise money for youth soccer groups in Southern California.

Soccer and remanufacturing toners are two of Wazana’s deepest passions, which he has sufficiently combined for the benefit of consumers, youth, and the environment.

As one of the largest employers in the San Fernando Valley, he accomplished this easily. Micro Solutions Enterprises collects empty toners, replaces the components, adds toner, and sells them to dealers both in the United States and internationally.

Not all companies can say that their business saves customers money and protects the environment. At Micro Solutions Enterprises, customers can save anywhere between thirty to fifty percent on remanufactured toners. By remanufacturing toners, Micro Solutions Enterprises helps the environment significantly. Rather than having more waste produced, MSE makes a product out of an original item which functions just as well.
There are two major offices for MSE, which are located in both Van Nuys, California, and Exton, Pennsylvania.

Recycling is the main obligation for MSE. Each cartridge in production can be remanufactured up to four times which saves consumers money and helps to support the environment. Every month, MSE manufactures over 300,000 toners and 200,000 cartridges and continues to be a true OEM alternative.

MSE: An Innovative Remanufacturer

Micro Solutions Enterprises was first established in 1994 by President Yoel Wazana. It all began with his strong interest in automotive engineering, which was prevalent from when he was a young boy.

Yoel Wazana proved his engineering ability when he took a second job as a delivery driver in 1989 for a remanufacturing retailer, which prompted him to repair a printer. After he accomplished this, Yoel Wazana was set on beginning a remanufacturing company dedicated to the reproduction of toner cartridges. However, Yoel Wazana was in for a bit of a surprise.

It wasn’t easy to start Micro Solutions Enterprises. Yoel Wazana was a first-time business owner who quickly faced many challenges in the entrepreneurial world. One of the biggest challenges he faced was the inconsistent quality of aftermarket cartridges available at the time. During this difficult period, Yoel Wazana lost more customers than he was able to gain and focused almost all of his time addressing customer complaints.

This all changed after two harsh years. Yoel Wazana was determined to turn his dreams into a reality, but he needed a bit of help. Yoel Wazana turned to his brother, Avi, who was then a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a high-end jewelry distributor. After carefully discussing the possible options for the future of Micro Solutions Enterprise, Avi decided to provide his brother with a loan. He believed that it was time for a new OEM remanufacturing company.

Because of Avi’s help, Yoel Wazana has watched Micro Solutions Enterprise achieve a high level of success. Micro Solutions Enterprises has won many patents and has been recognized for its incredible toner quality. By creating a company that provides a superior OEM alternative for toner cartridges, customers save money and the environment is protecting from unnecessary waste.

Micro Solutions Enterprise: A Unique Remanufacturer

Yoel Wazana is the president and founder of Micro Solutions Enterprise, which is currently headquartered in Southern California. In addition to this office, Micro Solutions Enterprise is also located in Exton, PA. He founded Micro Solutions Enterprise in 1994 with the vision of providing the world a high-quality remanufacturing business.

However, it wasn’t until 1997 that Micro Solutions Enterprise began a goal to reach 5,000 units a month as the direct-to-end user model continued.

Micro Solutions Enterprise is an OEM manufacturer, which stands for original equipment remanufacturing. This is when a company remanufactures products or components that are initially from another business.

Micro Solutions Enterprise has established a few beliefs that are held to this day. When the company first started, Yoel Wazana suggested that as a manufacturer, the company should honor the supply chain and sell through a reseller channel as opposed to selling directly to the end-user. A small network of resellers was developed for Micro Solutions Enterprise and at the end of 1998, all end-user businesses transformed into the reseller network.

Because of their outstanding quality in toners and their innovative approach to OEM, Micro Solutions Enterprise has been elected for various awards. One award is the Ernst & Young entrepreneur award, which is issued to candidates possessing superior skills in this field as well as demonstrating extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment. Yoel Wazana has proven that he deserves recognition for his entrepreneurial endeavors; after all, founding Micro Solutions Enterprise was his idea, based off of an experience he had at a previous job.

Currently, Micro Solutions Enterprise has twenty patented and 18 patent-pending technologies. Micro Solutions Enterprise is unique because it creates a product that saves the consumer anywhere between 20 to 30 percent on overall printing costs.

Yoel Wazana: The Journey from Israel to Sunny California

Yoel Wazana is the founder of Micro Solutions Enterprise, which is a remanufacturing firm based in Van Nuys, California. Van Nuys is located in the San Fernando Valley, which is referred to as “The Valley” by some. Yoel Wazana ventured from Israel to the United States looking for an opportunity, where he eventually found himself in sunny California with a prosperous business. Without any engineering education, Yoel Wazana mastered the art of cartridge recycling, which is how he and many of his associates have been making a living.

He first recognized his talent for recycling toners when he took a second job as a delivery driver for a retail manufacturer. At the time, he had fixed a printer, which led to an opportunity in production.  Eventually, Yoel was recruited to join a company with a coworker from his delivery job, and began a career as a production manager.

Although he had a good career working with his coworker, Yoel Wazana left three years after to pursue his own dreams of cartridge repair and remanufacturing.

He is a leader and successful entrepreneur in the aftermarket imaging supplies industry. His manufacturing business has helped to improve the environment, since all toners are recycled. Because Yoel Wazana is the president of a remanufacturing business, protecting the environment is extremely important to him. Not only does Yoel Wazana care significantly about the environment, but his remanufacturing business has received a lot of attention for its impressive quality.

In 2012, Micro Solutions Enterprise participated in a survey conducted by Cameron Consulting Group. The purpose of this survey was to assess the attitudes of independent dealers on quality and outlook.
Out of 200 dealers, Micro Solutions Enterprise received the highest rating for quality and dealer confidence.
